From what I understand, are not very different from cigarettes in the areas of health (because) they have a filter and is much purer than the packet of cigarettes, just like cigarettes. It's probably good to smoke as usual!
You are seeing it this way - if they really did not inhale like a cigarette is why they should put filters on them?
